Cancellation / Return Policy:
Due to the custom nature of Heirloom Lighting fixtures, all sales are final. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to process all orders with the balance due upon shipping. Once production has begun, cancelled orders forfeit the deposit paid. Any damages incurred in shipping must be reported within 5 days of delivery for repair/replacement.
Lead Time:
From the time the deposit is received and production begins the approximate lead time is 6 – 8 weeks.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges are calculated depending on the size of the fixture and the number of pieces ordered.
